Returns and Exchanges

The best adventures necessitate the proper equipment. We allow refunds on fresh and discarded products with original packaging, stickers, and proof of purchase, in addition to our Price & Performance Guarantee.

The following items are included in the proof of purchase:

  • Receipt in print.
  • The customer’s phone number or email address was given at the time of purchase.

WITH PURCHASE PROOF

Credit card transactions will be refunded on the initial card within the first 30 days. After 10 business days, all cash payments above $200 and all check transactions will be refunded by mail. Store credit will be given for 30 to 90 days. There are no refunds or transfers until 90 days.

WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT

We will not be able to process your return until you have proof of purchase for the item (s). Returns on items can be accepted if they are unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags attached.

What Is The Process For Returning An Order?

  • Pass the completed Return Form or a copy of your Packing Slip.
  • Securely store the item in the original wrapping (include the tags if you still have them).
  • Both return delivery costs must be covered by the customer. (We regret that COD deliveries are not available.)
  • We recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post with monitoring for your safety.
  • Maintain a copy of the Return Tracking Number before your purchase charge is credited to your account.

If the return is due to a manufacturer fault or a shipping mistake on our behalf, you will be refunded the shipping expense. In addition to returning an item via FedEx/MAIL, we welcome returns or exchanges at any RUN MON SPORTS spot.

What is the procedure for exchanging an order?

Place a new order on our website to make a trade. When your return is placed, we will issue a full refund on your credit card, minus any shipping costs.
